Yannick Alléno’s latest restaurant, Pavyllon Gastronomic Counter was inaugurated in October 2019 and has already received one Michelin star. Located at Pavillon Ledoyen’s garden level, the Pavyllon's entrance is independent from the restaurants Alléno Paris and L’Abysse (three and two Michelin stars, respectively) also located on the property.  The space was designed by acclaimed interior designer, Chahan Minassian who helped realize every detail throughout: patinated bronze wooden counter, velvet and suede for the seats, cerused oak panels on the walls and geometrical “calepinage” of enameled earthenware tiles punctuated by small smoked mirrors reflecting the garden. The venue is a 42-seat restaurant, of which 32 are at the counter; 34 seats on the patio. On warm days, guests can enjoy nature on the patio, and in the interior, tables are placed along the large windows to offer direct views on the garden.

From the large counter, gourmands are front row to witness the execution of impeccably fresh cooking where French influence and other culinary traditions meld—light vegetable tempuras, savory teppanyakis, and infused assemblies of Nordic and Italian cooking—into an uncompromising headiness one has come to expect from Alléno’s brands.

Yannick Alléno's Pavillon Ledoyen has now achieved three star-rated restaurants in the 2020 Michelin guide for France.
